I am excited to hear from Vikas, that he is now making his peerless expertise available to a much larger network. We have been working together for over twenty years on assignments for the European Commission, the World Bank and many international clients. Vikas has always been a pleasure to work alongside and has amazed me by his superb depth of knowledge on all aspects of governance and digital technology. Throughout the 20 years I’ve known Vikas, he has always been an inspiration. Looking back, his ideas, thoughts, and the collaborations we’ve had, has changed my life and set me up on new exciting paths and directions I could have never initially foreseen. Vikas is always ambitious on behalf of whatever project and collaboration he is involved in, and in my experience, has never set the bar low. He has a constant curious mind and a will to reach beyond just picking immediately low hanging fruits, daring not just dreaming big, but setting very ambitious goals and realizing them too.
Vikas is an IT wizard who helped us in setting up our first international gateway at STPI Noida. He realized and propagated the importance of e-Governance and digital transformation for enhancing public services when there were very few people talking about it even in Government domain. The conferences and workshops organized by him are attended by who's who in the field of e-Governance from all over the world. His knowledge in this field is at par with top global experts. I have learnt a lot from him and have gained rich experience in the field of e-governance.
