Vikas Kanungo is a globally recognized expert in AI-driven digital transformation, with over 30 years of experience advising multilateral agencies, governments, and corporations across 50+ countries. He is the founding partner of DT4T Advisors LLP, a firm established by leading ex-World Bank experts to drive digital development initiatives worldwide.

A senior advisor to organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP, FAO, EC, and UNESCO, Vikas specializes in designing scalable and sustainable digital strategies. His expertise extends to e-governance, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and AI-powered traceability solutions, particularly in sectors like agriculture, fintech, and digital commerce.

Vikas has played a pivotal role in formulating capacity-building curricula for the Digital India Mission and has been invited as faculty at IIPA, CDAC, NADT, and several other premier institutions to train policymakers and industry leaders.
